Is the harness truly escape-proof?
Yes. The dual-clip V-ring system is engineered so dogs cannot back out, wriggle out, or slip free — regardless of breed, size, or determination level. If it doesn't work for your dog, email us within 30 days for a full refund.
What size should I order?
Measure your dog's chest girth at its widest point (just behind the front legs). XS: 35–45cm, S: 45–55cm, M: 55–65cm, L: 65–80cm. If you're between sizes, size up. Each harness has 5-point adjustment to fine-tune the fit.
How do I clean the harness?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and air dry flat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry — heat degrades the reflective stitching and hardware over time.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping costs and times are calculated live at checkout based on your destination and chosen carrier. UK orders typically arrive in 3–7 working days; international orders in 7–14 working days.
What if it doesn't fit my dog?
Email hello@pawfitshop.com within 30 days with your order number. In most cases we issue the refund without needing the harness back — we'll confirm by email.
